Question 1

Can I order jewellery online from KEVOOR?

Accepted Answer

Yes! KEVOOR operates on an order-based, personalized model. You can browse our catalogue online, select any design, and initiate the order directly with our jewellery specialists via WhatsApp or our enquiry form. We confirm your exact specifications, sizing, and material before crafting and handing over your piece.

Question 2

How does KEVOOR's order-on-demand model work?

Accepted Answer

Our order-on-demand model eliminates unnecessary retail overhead and mass-produced stockpiles. You choose a design or share an idea, discuss the desired material (22K gold, 18K diamond, 925 silver, or artificial alloy) and budget over WhatsApp, receive a transparent quotation, and our master karigars craft your piece with strict quality checks prior to delivery.

Question 3

Can I customize a jewellery design?

Absolutely. Customization is the core philosophy of KEVOOR. For any piece in our collection, you can modify the metal karat, gold color (yellow, white, rose), stone types, prong settings, necklace length, bangle inner diameter, or ring size.

Question 4

Can I send my own jewellery design?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You are welcome to share your own sketches, reference photographs, Pinterest boards, or family heirloom redesign concepts directly via WhatsApp or our Custom Design enquiry form. Our design team will assess feasibility, provide 3D CAD references if applicable, and offer an itemized quote.
